Shipping policy

BILLING:

We ask that you keep your billing address and shipping address the same. Additional identification may be requested for verification purposes.

PROCESSING TIME:

Processing time can take 2-5 business days. Processing time does NOT include shipping time.

SHIPPING TIME:

Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. Packages may be delayed due to carrier. All packages are shipped via USPS and will come with a tracking number. 

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES:

Royal Boss Beauty, LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.  We will NOT refund or replace any lost/stolen packages. If you will not be home on the expected arrival date, please contact your local USPS to have your package held.
